What is Mindful Living

Hi, I'm Stefanos Koutsoumpis and I'm bringing to you Mindful Life Coaching.

Most of our decisions - what to eat, what to watch, where to work, and even who to marry and how to invest - are made on autopilot. It’s not that we are not smart enough, on the contrary! But we fail to access the underline emotions that drive our decisions, failing to make the steps that would make us happy and successful.

And this is where Mindful Coaching can offer the most: by getting insight into our feelings and thoughts, we can skillfully work with any limiting beliefs, unlock any present mind blocks and reach our goals by harnessing our emotions and working with them and not against them.

About me
Up, close and personal

I'm a Ph.D in Physics, have worked 10 years as a scientist and researcher. Also, I have 4 years of experience in Business, working as a certified Project Manager (PMP ©) in two multinational IT corporations. All these years I have coached numerous students and professionals to optimize their work and reach their goals.​

 

After my encounters with mindfulness, and Cognitive Based Therapy I really came to know their benefits and experience firsthand how they can be transformative in our daily lives. I have rediscovered my personal growth multiple times. At some point I realized that I could successfully convey my experience to others, and watch with delight, as they experience their own growth.

 

I have received training in corporate coatching by IBM and Kyndryl, and my mindfulness experience comes from Oxford Mindfulness Center and Institute of Organizational Mindfulness.  Since 2022 I took up life coaching professionally.​
